Rules of Reviewing the Journal 

Article Review and Evaluation Rules, All articles undergo a double-blind review process to ensure anonymity of both reviewer and author.

Reviewer Criteria

Articles are reviewed by at least two qualified experts in the relevant field.

Reviewers assess based on content quality, originality, contribution to the field, and adherence to academic standards.

Review Parameters
Reviewers will evaluate articles based on:

Relevance to the journal theme, Originality and novelty of content, Methodological rigour (if applicable), Clarity and coherence of argument, Use of sources and citations, Theoretical or practical significance, Language and readability

Review Outcomes
Reviewers may recommend one of the following:

Accept as is

Accept with minor revisions

Revise and resubmit

Reject

Revision Timeline

Authors will be given 15–30 days to revise and resubmit, based on reviewer comments.

Reviewer Confidentiality and Ethics

Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and declare any conflict of interest.

Editorial Decision

Final decision rests with the Editorial Board, which considers reviewers’ recommendations and journal priorities.

Rejection and Resubmission Policy

If rejected, authors may resubmit only after substantial revision and a minimum waiting period of 3 months, unless otherwise advised.

Review Acknowledgement

Reviewers’ contributions may be acknowledged annually unless they wish to remain anonymous.

প্রবন্ধ পর্যালোচনা ও মূল্যায়ন নির্দেশিকা

দ্বৈত–ব্লাইন্ড (Double-Blind) রিভিউ

সমস্ত প্রবন্ধ ‘দ্বৈত-ব্লাইন্ড রিভিউ’ প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে মূল্যায়িত হবে, যেখানে লেখক ও রিভিউয়ারের পরিচয় গোপন থাকবে।

রিভিউয়ারের মানদণ্ড

প্রতিটি প্রবন্ধ অন্তত দুইজন সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ের বিশেষজ্ঞ দ্বারা পর্যালোচিত হবে।

রিভিউ ফলাফল
রিভিউয়ারগণ নিম্নলিখিত সুপারিশ করেন:

• যথাযথভাবে গ্রহণযোগ্য
• সামান্য সংশোধন সাপেক্ষে গ্রহণযোগ্য
• পুনর্লিখনের জন্য ফেরত
• প্রত্যাখ্যানযোগ্য

সংশোধনের সময়সীমা

সংশোধনের জন্য লেখককে ১৫–৩০ দিনের সময় দেওয়া হয়।

রিভিউয়ারের গোপনীয়তা ও নৈতিকতা

রিভিউয়ারদের পক্ষপাতহীন ও গোপনীয়তা বজায় রেখে মতামত দিতে হবে। স্বার্থসংঘাত থাকলে তা জানাতে হবে।

চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত

চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পাদকমণ্ডলী গ্রহণ করবে, যা রিভিউয়ের মতামত ও পত্রিকার প্রাসঙ্গিকতা বিচার করে নির্ধারণ করা হবে।

প্রত্যাখ্যান ও পুনরায় জমার নীতি

যদি প্রবন্ধ প্রত্যাখ্যাত হয়, তবে তা গঠনমূলক পরিবর্তনের পর তিন মাস পর পুনরায় জমা দেওয়া যেতে পারে।

রিভিউয়ারের স্বীকৃতি

প্রতি বছর রিভিউয়ারদের নাম স্বীকৃতি হিসেবে প্রকাশ করা হয়।
