আমি আলোচনা করব মনের উপর সঙ্গীতের প্রভাব সম্পর্কে।  সংগীত আমাদের মনের অন্তর্গত অনুভূতিগুলোকে জাগিয়ে তোলে । কোমল সুর মনকে শান্ত করে, আর জোস পূর্ণ তাল দেয় উচ্ছ্বাস। কিন্তু সঙ্গীতের প্রভাব এর চেয়েও অনেক বেশি।আমাদের মন যখন চঞ্চল থাকে তখন সংগীত আমাদের মনকে একাগ্র করতে সাহায্য করে। রাগ বা সুরের ধারা অনুসরণ করতে গিয়ে মন অন্য চিন্তা থেকে সরে এসে সঙ্গীতে মগ্ন হয়। এই একাগ্রতা আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনেও কাজে লাগে, যেখানে মনোযোগের অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজন। এছাড়া সংগীত আমাদের মনের চাপ কমাতে সাহায্য করে। যেমন আমরা উদ্বিগ্ন বা হতাশায় থাকি তখন সুমধুর সংগীত শ্রবণ মনকে লাঘব করে তোলে। এমনকি গান গাওয়ার সময় বা বাজানোর সময় শিল্পীর মনকে আনন্দিত করে এবং মনের ভার কমায়। এই প্রসঙ্গে রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের সংগীত ভাব প্রবন্ধের কয়েকটি কথা উল্লেখ করা যেতে পারে। ‘আমাদের মনোভাব গাঢ়তম তীব্রতম রূপে প্রকাশ করিবার উপায়স্বরূপে সংংগীতের স্বাভাবিক উৎপত্তি। যে উপায়ে ভাব সর্বোৎকৃষ্টরূপে প্রকাশ করি, সেই উপায়েই আমরা ভাব সর্বোৎকৃষ্টরূপে অন্যের মনে নিবিষ্ট করিয়া দিতে Read More …
